masc4masc is the duo project of Hillary Jean Young and Sadie Hochman-Ruiz. Formed in San Diego and currently based in Toronto, our creative practice looks at queer experience through a millennial lens. Weaving together experimental music, performance art, drag, and parody, our work is multidisciplinary and ever shifting. We are interested in how queerness is seen and unseen depending on the time and place. What does hindsight teach us about ourselves and our world? How is our future survival shaped by our past survival?
